Award-winning PMS Managing Estates has appointed new staff to support its expanding portfolio of properties across East Anglia, London and the South East of England.
Colchester-based PMS won a national ARMA Ace award as Larger Managing Agent of the Year in July and has now grown the number of properties it manages to more than 8,000.
Recent new portfolios include the Chesterwell Development in Colchester, which will include 1,600 apartments and houses, a school, a community centre and extensive public areas including a country park and open spaces.
PMS has just appointed two additional client accountants and a New Business Property Manager to support its expanding portfolio, which now also includes a number of high street properties with commercial uses on the ground floor and residential properties above, in Brentwood and Chelmsford.
In addition a member of staff has recently become a Senior Property Manager after passing the members’ exam with the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM): Dennie Leach .
Two further members of staff have successfully passed the Associate level exam with the IRPM, including Senior Legal Assistant Marie Griffiths, who studied for the exam to better align her existing skills to Property Management.
